In September of 2001 RIMSS incorporated a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary in order to provide a local business infrastructure for our Canadian customers.This subsidiary helps to facilitate the transaction of business with our Canadian customers including maintenance of local bank accounts for transacting business in the local currency.Our Canadian Director, Carla Babcock, manages our operations in her home country.In addition, Carla is our principal advisor on business practices and procedures specific to Canada and is helping to continue the customization of our product for use in Canada.
